Service description
SuspenzBox is a mobile streaming service for short-form thriller drama series, operated by Studio V LLC. By using SuspenzBox, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 17 years or older to use SuspenzBox. Some content may include mature themes appropriate for adult audiences.
Account & access
You may create an account or browse anonymously. With an account, your watch history, coins balance, and subscriptions sync across devices.
You may delete your account at any time via in-app Settings. We retain account data for 30 days after deletion (in case of accidental deletion), then permanently remove it.
Free tier
SuspenzBox offers all content for free via rewarded video ads. Watching one ad unlocks one episode. There is no daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the free tier.
Coin packs
You may purchase coin packs to skip ads on specific episodes. Coins are non-refundable virtual goods that never expire. Coin packs are subject to a $9.99 monthly spending cap (see Spending Cap).
VIP subscription
VIP Monthly ($5.99) and VIP Annual ($49.99) provide unlimited ad-free access. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Apple/Google account or in-app Settings.
Spending cap
Your monthly spending on SuspenzBox is automatically capped at $9.99. When you reach this cap, your account receives full VIP access for the rest of the month at no additional charge. Details: spending cap policy.
Content & intellectual property
All content on SuspenzBox is licensed from rightful owners (creators, producers, studios). You may not download, copy, redistribute, or modify content without permission. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view content via the SuspenzBox app.
Creator partnerships
If you publish content on SuspenzBox as a creator, you retain intellectual property rights to your work. SuspenzBox holds a non-exclusive distribution license during the partnership period plus 24 months post-termination (catalog continuity). Creators receive 70% of revenue generated by their content (60% for first co-produced series). See creator agreement for details.
Refunds
Refunds for coin packs and subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store — they are the merchant of record. For account access, technical bugs, data export or deletion, abuse reports, write us at hello@suspenzbox.com and a real human will respond. We do not maintain a parallel money-refund process because the $9.99 monthly cap is the protection.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (fraud, abuse, violations of content rules). You may terminate your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio V LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts (subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction).
